1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in courses offered by Adammsp Language Courses ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adammsp Language Courses regarding your use of our educational services.

2. Enrollment and Registration

2.1 Enrollment Process

Students must complete our enrollment process, including providing accurate personal information and meeting any prerequisite requirements for their chosen course. All information provided must be truthful and current.

2.2 Age Requirements

Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our programs. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and may be subject to additional supervision requirements.

2.3 Placement Testing

All students may be required to complete a placement assessment to ensure appropriate course level assignment. Placement decisions are final and based on our professional assessment of student capabilities.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Tuition and Fees

Tuition fees are due in full before the start of each course period unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved in writing. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment plans may be available for longer programs, subject to approval and additional terms.

3.3 Late Payments

Students with outstanding balances may be suspended from classes until payment is received. Late payment fees may apply as specified in your enrollment agreement.

4. Attendance and Academic Policies

4.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled classes. Excessive absences may result in course withdrawal without refund.

4.2 Tardiness

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked absent for that class session. Consistent tardiness may result in academic probation or dismissal.

4.3 Make-up Classes

Make-up classes may be available for excused absences, subject to instructor availability and scheduling constraints. Priority will be given to absences due to medical emergencies or other serious circumstances.

5. Student Conduct

5.1 Expected Behavior

Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

5.2 Academic Integrity

Students must maintain academic honesty in all coursework. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

5.3 Technology Use

Personal electronic devices should be used only for educational purposes during class time. Recording of classes without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, audio recordings, and digital content, are proprietary to Adammsp Language Courses or licensed for our use. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal

7.1 Course Cancellation by School

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to an alternative course.

7.2 Student Withdrawal

Students may withdraw from courses subject to our refund policy. Written notice is required for all withdrawals. Verbal notifications are not sufficient for official withdrawal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adammsp Language Courses' liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid by the student. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation or any interruption of services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Student privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during enrollment and course participation is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws and regulations.

10. Changes to Courses and Schedules

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors when necessary. Reasonable advance notice will be provided for significant changes. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refund unless the changes substantially alter the nature of the course.

11. Certificates and Transcripts

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully complete their course requirements and maintain satisfactory attendance. Official transcripts are available upon request for a processing fee.

12. Health and Safety

Students are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in classes. We will make reasonable accommodations as required by law. Students must follow all health and safety protocols established by the school.

13. Communication

Official communications will be sent to the email address provided during enrollment. Students are responsible for keeping their contact information current and checking their email regularly for important updates.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or course participation will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ontario Arbitration Act. The arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any applicable federal laws. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Ontario.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Modifications to Terms
